OBITUARY FOR:
John Luke Vann, 59, of Shreveport, formerly of this city, died early
Wednesday morning in a Shreveport hospital. He suffered a heart attack
Tuesday night.

Mr. Vann was a welder for an oil field supply house. He was a member of
the Bossier City Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; two brothers, Gordon Vann of Texarkana and
Leo Vann of Shreveport; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie McCrocklin of Shreveport,
and Mrs. Jack Enloe of Jackson, Miss.; his mother, Mrs. J. W. Vann,
Jackson, Miss.; several nieces and nephews.

The body will remain at East Funeral Home pending Completion of funeral
arrangements.
