Mrs. Thelma Louise Woodard ASHLEY, 79, of Osceola, died yesterday at the
University of Tennessee Medical Center in Memphis. She was a member of
Garden Point MB Church, the UDC, and the Sunshine Club.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Frances Ashley MEYERS of Lula,
Miss., and Mrs. Jo Ann Ashley ROSEMANN of Collierville, Tenn.; one brother,
Lawrence WOODARD of Osceola; three sisters, Mrs. Sarah GIBSON and Mrs.
Helen ASHLEY, both of Osceola, and Mrs. Evelyn COCKERHAM of Manila; and
three grandchildren.

Services were today at 1:30 p.m. in Swift Colonial Chapel, the Rev. Wade
SHOWNES officiating, with burial in Mississippi County Memorial Gardens.
