A retired construction worker, he was a member of the Luxora Church of Christ. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie Rowell BRYEANS of the home; Three sons, Roy BRYEANS of Corpus Christi, Donnie BRYEANS of Luxora, Mike BRYEANS of Fort Worth; two daughters, Mrs. Audrey WHATLEY of Luxora and Mrs. Patty BROWN of Osceola; his mother, Mrs. Elsa Mae BRYEANS of Luxora; three brothers, John BRYEANS of Poplar Bluff, Junior and Eddie BRYEANS of Luxora; two sisters, Mrs. Louise REEDER of Osceola and Mrs. Jessie Mae HANNAH of Paragould; and eight grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Cobb Funeral Home chapel, Mr. Donald COPELAND and Mr. Daniel WHITWORTH officiating, with burial in Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette. The family will receive visitors today from 7-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
