J.C. BUSSEY, 64, of Osceola died February 22, 1989 at the Osceola
Nursing Home. He was born March 24, 1923 in Waldo, Ar. He was retired
Superintendent of Delta Products and a member of the Osceola First
United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of WW II, US Navy, served on
USS Essex, 3rd Fleet, and a member of VFW.

Survivors include his wife, Nora BUSSEY of Osceola; two sons, Larry
BUSSEY of Memphis and Tommy BUSSEY of Bartonville, Ill.; one daughter,
Candice HOPPER of Osceola; one brother, Wayne BUSSEY of Wilson; two
sisters, Marie DRACE of Tyronza and Hazel JONES of Belle Glade, Fla.;
and 10 grandchildren.

Active pallbearers include G.O. HOOD, John HOOD, Floyd STREET, J.W.
SPURLOCK, Ed WOOTEN, and John MARTINDALE.

Funeral services were held at Roller-Swift Funeral Chapel with Rev. John
COLLIER officiating. Burial was in Bassett Cemetery.

Roller-Swift Funeral Home was in charge.
