Edward L. Camper, Sr., 66, of Frenchmans Bayou died Monday, May 6, 1991
At St. Joseph Hospital in Memphis. He was the retired owner of the
Frenchman Bayou Grocery and was a member of the Wilson Baptist Church.

He is survived by one daughter, Janice CONRAD of Memphis; one son,
Edward L. CAMPER, Jr. of West Memphis; one sister, Irene MAPLES of
Lynchburg, Tenn.; one brother, Robert CAMPER of Seattle, Wa.; and three
grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 8, 1991 at 1 p.m. at
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home with the Rev. Delton COOPER officiating.
Burial followed in the Bassett Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia E. CAMPER, who died in
April 1991.
