Archibald Steele CATCHING Jr., 71, of Joiner, died June 13, 1989 at his
home. He was a veteran of World War II, a retired farmer and a retired golf
pro at Riverlawn Country Club in Osceola. Survivors include three sons,
Steele CATCHING and Jack CATCHING, both of Joiner, and David CATCHING of
Los Angeles, Calif.; one daughter, Candyce WATTS of Red Banks, Miss.; and
two grandchildren. Services were held June 16, 1989 at Roller-Swift Funeral
Chapel in Osceola. Burial was in Bassett Cemetery in Bassett. Roller-Swift
Funeral Home of Osceola was in charge.
