M.C. COOKE Jr., 75, of Jackson, Tenn. died October 21, 1986 at Veteran's
Hospital in Memphis. Mr. COOKE was owner of Cleaning Plant Dry Cleaners
and was formerly of Luxora. He was a veteran of W.W. 2 and was born
April 14, 1911 in Arkansas.

He is survived by his wife, Mary COOKE of Jackson; four children, M.C.
COOKE III, Nelson COOKE and Morgan COOKE, all of Seattle, Washington and
Miss Donna Clare COOKE of Columbia, Mo.; four sisters, Mrs. Estella
VOLLMER and Mrs. John I. HEFLIN of Memphis, Ms. Eva COOKE and Mrs. Donna
RANDLE of Luxora.

Services were held October 24, at Luxora Cemetery with Swift Funeral
Home in charge.
