Howard L. FELTS, 61, of Joiner, died Tuesday at Methodist Central Hospital
in Memphis. Born in Mississippi County, he was a lifelong resident. He was
county deputy for about nine years in the 1970s.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emily FELTS of Joiner; Two daughters, Mrs.
Betty McFATRIDGE of Osceola and Mrs. Jenny LaRUE of Sheridan; Two sons,
Howard Lynn FELTS and Max FELTS, both of Newport; His mother, Mrs. Anna
FELTS of Joiner; One sister, Mrs. Barbara LOYD of Wilson; Three brothers,
Bill and Earl FELTS of West Memphis and Frank FELTS of Jonesboro; Nine
grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Services were today at 1p.m. at Citizens Funeral Home chapel in West
Memphis with burial in Bassett Cemetery.
