Evelyn Mae FINCHER, 66, of Dyess died June 27, 1996 at Baptist Memorial
Hospital in Osceola. She was born April 22, 1929 in Keiser and was a member
of Central Baptist Church in Dyess.

Survivors include her husband, Howard Lee FINCHER, Jr. of Dyess; three
daughters, Gwenda CISSELL of Bassett, Lynn SMITH of Wilson and Joy SHEMPERT
of Dyess; one son, Mark FINCHER of Dyess; her mother, Mrs. Willie HENARD of
Dyess; Two sisters, Virginia SANDERS of Memphis and Jackie CROSS of
Rosston, Ark.; one brother, Raymond HENARD, Jr. of Dyess; eight
grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Funeral services were Thursday, June 29, at 10 a.m. at the Murphy Funeral
Home Chapel with Bro. Wes GEORGE officiating. Burial followed at Potter
Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto. Pallbearers were Avery BAKER, Allan BAKER,
Doug HENARD, Raymond Earl HENARD, Todd CROSS, and Brent SANDERS. Honorary
pallbearers were Vernon LEE, Richard LEE, Willis BRUMLEY and Jerry HENARD.
Murphy Funeral Home of Lepanto was in charge of arrangements.
