James David FORD, 67, of Joiner - a self-employed contractor - died March
21. FORD was a member of Joiner United Methodist Church, of the United
Methodist Church Board and of the West Memphis Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. last Thursday (March 23) and interment
was in Bassett Cemetery. Roller-Swift Funeral Home of West Memphis was in
charge.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Joe Ann FORD of Joiner; a daughter, Mrs.
Jamie BRIGANCE of Wilson; three brothers, Roy H. FORD of Oakland,
Mississippi, Melvin FORD of Water Valley, Mississippi and Marvin FORD of
Memphis; and five grandchildren.
