Vester R. HOUSEMAN, 76, of Blytheville, a retired plumber, died Sunday at
the home of his daughter. He was born in Arkansas at Wardell and was a
longtime resident of Joiner. He had resided in Blytheville for the past
year with his daughter, Mrs. Jo Carolyn CHRISCO.

Survivors include four other daughters, Mrs. Mable RUSSELL of Memphis, Mrs.
Barbara HALL and Mrs. Doris BATEY, both of Huntingdon, Tenn., and Mrs.
Janice SWINDLE of Aurora, Ill.; four sons, William HOUSEMAN of Tucson,
Eugene HOUSEMAN of Aurora, Wayne HOUSEMAN of Horn Lake, Miss., and Ronnie
Lynn HOUSEMAN of Crossett; one sister, Mrs. Mittie TOMLINSON of Xenia,
Ohio; seventeen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services wil be in West Memphis, Citizens Funeral Home in charge, with
burial in Bassett Cemetery.
