Funeral services for Mrs. Connie Morris JONES, 84, of Wilson were held
Monday, August 10, at First Baptist Church in Osceola with Rev. George
BENSON officiating. Burial was in Bassett Cemetery.

Mrs. JONES died Sunday, August 9, at Mississippi County Hospital in
Osceola. She was born December 13, 1902 in Tennessee.

She is survived by four sons, W.A. "Buck" JONES, Chessie JONES and Morris
JONES of Osceola, and Thomas F. "Dee" JONES of Ouinlan, Texas; four
daughters, Mrs. Dorothy VIZZIER of Birmingham, Alabama, Mrs. Etta DAVIS of
Wilson, Mrs. Mary SPRADLIN of Bryant, Ar., Mrs. Patsy DENNE of St. Cloud,
Minnesota; two brothers, Tom MORRIS and Bill MORRIS of Covington, Tn.; five
sisters, Mrs. Jeanette HOBBS, Mrs. Pearl MORRIS, Mrs. Etta DARBY, Mrs.
Dawsie TURNER, Mrs. Gussie HALL all of Covington, twenty-eight
grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Roller-Swift Funeral Home was in charge.
