Electra Semmes NEFF, 74, of Napa, Calif., widow of *Emory NEFF, died Sunday
March 10 in Napa. She was born June 29, 1910 in Osceola to the late Mrs.
and Mrs. Walter BUCK. She was married Sept. 14, 1942 to *Earle Edward NEFF
who preceded her in death. Mrs. NEFF leaves two nephews, Spencer Buck
ALEXANDER of Osceola and Congressman Bill ALEXANDER of Washington, D.C.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, March 17 in the Violet Cemetery in
Osceola with Father Conan MAWHARR of Blytheville officiating.
