Nora Mae NEWMAN, 62, of Joiner, Ark., died December 14, 1987, in the
Chickasawba Hospital in Blytheville, Ark.

She was born May 1, 1925, in Molden, Ala.

Mrs. NEWMAN is survived by her husband, Harlow NEWMAN of Joiner; Two sons:
John SOUTH and Bobby SOUTH, both of Joiner; Four daughters: Peggy
McLAUGHLIN and Mildred RUSSELL, both of Joiner; Cathy GILBERT of
Russellville, Ark., and Minnie COX of Blytheville; Six grandchildren and
one great-grandchild.

Services were at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola on Dec. 15, 1987.
Burial was in Bassett Cemetery.
