Mrs. Sara PERMENTER, 60, of Luxora, wife of Harold (Buddy) PERMENTER,
died Monday, March 4 at her home of an apparent heart attack. She was
employed at the First National Bank in Osceola and was a member of the
First Baptist Church in Luxora.

Mrs. PERMENTER was born Feb. 16, 1925 at Wilson to the late Mr. and Mrs.
Lee WARRINGTON and had lived in Mississippi County all her life.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. PERMENTER leaves two sons, Harold
PERMENTER, Jr. of Memphis and Thomas H. PERMENTER of Luxora; two
daughters, Mrs. Mary H. TURNER and Mrs. Becky STRACENER, both of
Osceola; two brothers, Dan WARRINGTON of Fayetteville, N.C. and Bud
WARRINGTON of Hawaii; a sister, Mrs. Mary JENNINGS of Ardmore, Okla.,
and four grandchildren.

Funeral services are being conducted today (Thursday) March 7 in Cobb
Funeral Home in Blytheville at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Jack PORTER
officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Elkin RAPER, Matt CORKRAN, Charles LINEBARGER,
Buford WILKERSON, Harvey GRIMES and Kenneth MUSTION.
