Ruth Lee STACKS, 73, of Joiner died Tuesday, Feb. 12 at the Crittenden
Memorial Hospital in West Memphis. She was born April 19, 1911 in
Alabama and had been a resident of Joiner for the past 60 years. She was
a member of the First United Methodist Church in Joiner.

Funeral services are being conducted today (Thursday) Feb. 14 at the
Citizen's Funeral Home Chapel in West Memphis at 10 a.m. Interment will
be in Crittenden Memorial Park at Marion.

Mrs. STACKS leaves her husband, Buford STACKS Sr. of Joiner; a daughter,
Mrs. Sally Fay FULGHUM of Memphis; three sons, Pete STACKS of Sulphur,
La., Jerry D. MORRIS of Little Rock and Buford E. STACKS Jr. of
Hornersville, Mo.; three sisters, Stella CASPER of Hendersonville,
Tenn., Hazzie ROGERS of Memphis and Johnnie FELTS of Joiner, nine
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
