Funeral services for Willis Hoyt WILLIAMS, 71, of Bassett were held Monday,
March 7, at Roller-Swift Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harold SPRAYBERRY
officiating. Burial was in Keys Cemetery in Fulton, Mississippi where
graveside services were held.

Mr. WILLIAMS died Saturday, March 5, at Veterans Hospital in Memphis. He
was born October 27, 1916 in Dorsey, Mississipi. A veteran of World War II,
he was a Presbyterian.

He is survived by his wife, Myrtice WILLIAMS of Bassett, one step-son,
Donald PATTERSON of Nashville, Tennessee, five step-daughters, Joyce
CISSELL, Faye FLETCHER and Lois PATTERSON of Bassett, Geyonn LaRUE of
Houston, Texas, Myra KILLINGSWORTH of Joiner, one brother, John R. WILLIAMS
of Tupelo, Mississippi, one sister, Celeste BATES of Tupelo, several
grandchildren and great grandchildren.
