Dear Parents,



Your Board of Directors is involved in interviewing persons for the position of 
Head Administrator. Contacts have been made in Memphis, Little Rock and Pine 
Bluff. We hope to have something positive to report to you in regards to this 
soon.



We have had inquires from class room teachers, but no action will be taken on 
their applications until the Head Administrator is hired.



Looking into the future a Site Committee has been appointed consisting of 
Caraway Bonner and Elton Batchelor. They are making inquires in regards to 
acreage for a permanent building.



Your Finance Chairman, Jimmy Goodwin, is in the process of meeting with the 
parents of each respective grade. When the meeting is scheduled for your grade, 
you will be notified well in advance. These meetings will give each of us a 
chance to become better acquainted with each other and to learn more about the 
progress of the Marvell Academy.



Let us remind you again of the May 15, 1966, deadline for the second payment of 
$80.00.



If any questions arise in regards to the Marvell Academy contact your Board of 
Directors.
