Cemetary is located about 1/2 mile off hwy. 43. Leaving Compton, proceed 4 miles in a westerly direction. Upon reaching the Sherman Villines Residence on the right (or west) side of the highway, turn to the right to follow a dirt road which 1s little more than a logging trail. This road leads sharply down the mountain through a forested area. The cemetery, untended and overgrown is located a few feet off the road on the right hand side. Near by is a large spring which supplied water for the former Mountain Springs school which was destroyed by fire many years ago. The chimney rocks can still be seen nearby. Grogan J.L.
