Stringtown Cemetery, Newton County, Arkansas *********************************************************** Submitted by: Evelyn M Flood Date: 28 Apr 2005 Copyright. There are several people buried here but the stones have been broken and lost. Cattle and hogs have been in this area and tromped over the graves and rooted out stones. What a shame. In some cases there is no date on the stones and I have added the birthdates from the census; if so, have put the dates in parenthesis. Marriages are in Newton County, Arkansas; if otherwise, so noted. NAME BIRTH DATE DEATH DATE PARENTS SPOUSE NOTES BIVENS, William Henry 15 May 1854 Madison Co.
