Funeral service will be at 2 pm Friday, Feb 2, at Big Creek Assembly of god Church in Vendor with Rev Rex Middleton officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm Thursday, Feb 1, at Holt Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Mt Judea Cemetery with friends serving as pallbearers. The son of Andrew and Ditha (Rhimes) Lane was born Jan 8, 1914, at Hasty. He worked in the timber industry and was a member of Big Creek Assemby of God Church. He served on the Mt Judea School Board for 16 and a half years. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Hazel; one daughter, Delight Wilson; and 10 brothers and sisters. He is survived by four sons, Eula donald, Coy, and Loy Lane, all of Mt Judea; one daughter, Thelma Hodge of Bella Vista; one sister, Ann Wisdom of Russellville; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great- grandchild.
