LAURA McCUTCHEON OF BASS DIES Mrs. Laura Bell McCutcheon, 91, of Bass died at Harrison, August 21. A native of Mansfield, Mo., she was born July 13, 1876, a daughter of Frank and Mary Shaffer Green. She had been a resident of Newton County for 83 years. She had been a member of the Church of Christ for 73 years. Survivors include five sons; Charlie, frank and Bud McCutcheon of Bass, Ernie McCutcheon of Fresno, Calif. Harley McCutcheon of Cave Creek; five daughters, Mrs. Nerva Dickey of Harrison, Mrs. Nancy Henson of Bass, Mrs. May Reddell of Mt. Judea, Mrs.Velma Hill of Fresno, Calif., Mrs. Ava Reddell of Wichita, Kan.; a brother, John Green of Sand Springs, Okla.; 60 grandchildren, 102 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Bass with burial in the McCutcheon Cemetery.
