Brother George W Herndon was born to the proud parents of Mr and Mrs Joseph 
and Rubye Herndon on Vovember 13, 1942. He departed this life on February 8, 
1993 at 8:00 p.m. at the Ouachita County Hospital.

He united with the New Jerusalem Baptist Church at an early age. He later 
joined the Faithway C.O.G.I.C where he remained a faithful member until his 
health failed.

He united in holy matrimony with Ms Irene Dunn.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife, Irene Herndon, one 
daughter, Regina Herndon, six sons Laquann Herndon, Tony Dawn, Richard 
Herndon, Jeffery Herndon (Anita), Wayne Rogers (Deborah), all of Camden, his 
loving mother, Rubye Herndon, three sisters, Lucy Fogle (James) of Camden, 
Bobbie Pratt of Los Angeles, California, Erma J Evans (Ebed),3 brothers, James 
herndon, Joseph Herndon and Johnny J Utsey of Los Angeles, California, ten 
grandchildrens and a host of nieces and nephews.


Additional Comments:
George W Herndon was married previously to Barbara Rogers of Camden, Arkansas. 
She is the mother of Richard,Jeffery,Anthony Herndon and Wayne Rogers.
