Washington Post, Mar. 21, 1916 - Los Angeles, Calif., Mar. 20 - Stephen Wallace
Dorsey, former U. S. Senator from Arkansas and of late years, a capitalist of
this city. He was 73 years of alg, and a complication of physical ills, are
attributed by his physicians for the cause of his death. Mr. Dorsey was Senator
from 1873 to 1879, and for forty years was heavily interested in mines in
Colorado, Arizona, and other parts of the Southwest.
