LOUISE ANDERSON Funeral service for Mrs. Louise M. Anderson of Marvell was conducted Tuesday afternoon at Bob Neal and Sons-Brickell Funeral Home Chapel. Brother Larry Rice officiated. Burial was in Marvell Cemetery. Mrs. Anderson, 72, died Sunday at DeWitt Hospital. She was a antive of Connell's Point, a member of the County Lane Missionary Baptist Church, and had worked as a sales clerk for Davidson's Department Store. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Mary Dillard of Coldwater, Mississippi; five sisters, Mrs. Gladys Crisp, Mrs. Etheline Mummel, Mrs. Elizabeth Cranford, Mrs. Doris Bartlet, and Mrs. Dorothy Anderson, all of Marvell; three grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tommy Shackelford, Mike Woodard, Ben DAvison, Winston Guest, Steve Guest, and Gene McIntosh. Honorary pallbearers were Gene Shackelford, Earl Whitson, Dr. James Wise, James Cavette, Gene Jackson and Joe Davidson. JOHN H. TAYLOR Funeral service for John H. Taylor of Helena was conducted Saturday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. the Rev. E. J. Pennington officiated. Burial was in Maple Hill Cemetery. Mr. Taylor, 71, died last thursday at St. Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock. He was a native of Bay Village, a retired employee of Mohawk Rubber Company; and a World War II Navy veteran. He was a member of Anitoch Baptist Church, the Masonic Lodge, American Legion, Shriners, and Eastern Star. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lou Taylor of Helena; five sons, Clay Edwards of Tulsa, Oklahoma; David Taylor of West Helena, Paul Taylor of Little Rock, Robert Taylor of El Dorado, and Tonnie Westerfield of Columbia, Tennessee; a sister, Mrs. Bobbie Estes of Memphs; 12 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. ELIZABETH REED Funeral service for Mrs. Elizabeth Gladys Reed of West Helena was conducted Friday morning at Roller - Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Oddfellows Cemetery. Mrs. Reed, 67, died Wednesday at Helena Regional Medical Center. she was a homemaker. Survivors include a son, William P. Ferguson of Florida; two daughters, Mrs. Bobbie McKinney of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Mrs. Lisa Ramey atWest Helena;a brother, Billy G. Mah of Houston, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Mary H. George of Mena; and two grandchildren. Pallbearers were Larry Skinner, Edward Evans, Dale godwin, Marc McGee, Thomas Bowles, and Ralph Jones.
