TRESSIE DILLINGER Funeral service for Mrs. Tressie Ann Dillinger of Lexa was conducted Tuesday morning at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Jimmy Nowells officiated. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park. Mrs. Dillinger, 85, died Saturday at Helena Regional Medical Center. She was a homemaker; a native of Viola; and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Venita Kessler of Kingsford, Indiana, Mrs. Mary Towery of Gauter, Mississippi, Mrs. Teresa Hacker of Lexa and Anna Lee Dillinger of West Helena; four sons, Ronnie Dillinger of Lexa, Danny Dillinger of Slidell, Louisiana, and Ray and Bud Dillinger, both of Elaine; 20 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Steven Hacker, Michael Dillinger, Andrew Dillinger, Ronnie Dillinger, Lames Lamb and Brian Towery. Honorary pallbearers were Darryl Mannon, Ricky Dillinger, Randy Dillinger, David Dillinger, and Tom King. MRS. ROSE OWEN Funeral service for Mrs. Rose Owen of Cordova, Tennessee was conducted Saturday morning at Pate Funeral Home Chapel in Crenshaw, Mississippi. Burial was in Longtown Cemetery near Crenshaw. Mrs. Owen, 83, died Wed. at Cordova Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was a former resident of Crenshaw and a member of crenshaw Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Kitty Owen o'Neill of Crenshaw, a former resident of West Helena, and JoAnn Owen of Germantown, Tennessee; a sister, Sally Ruth Brown Owen of Crenshaw; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family requests any memorials be sent to the Crenshaw Baptist Church. MRS. MARY BELLE SCHAFFHAUSER Funeral service for Mrs. Mary Belle Schaffhauser of Marvell was conducted Monday morning at the United Methodist Church in Marvell. The Rev. Ed Warren and the Rev. Monty Bell officiated. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park under the direction of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Mrs. Schaffhauser, 89, died Friday at Helena Regional medical Center. She was a housewife, a native of Texas; and a member of the United Methodist Church. She was the former owner of Marvell Clothing Sstore, was a member of the Eastern Star for 50 years, was the first president of the WMU at her church, and was a member of the Marvell Garden Club. Survivors include three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five nephews and four nieces. Paullbearers were Frank Schaffhauser, Randy Schaffhauser, Dan Dubach, Bill Heidelberger, Richard Wooten, and Robert Allen Schaffhauser. NATHANIEL WESLEY Graveside service for Nathaniel Wesley of Marvell was conducted at Saturday morning at Poplar Grove Cemetery. The Rev. L. C. Gamble officiated. Arrangements were under direction of Bob Neal and Sons-Brickell Funeral Home. Mr. Wesley, 58, died March 16, 1998 at St. Vincent's Infirmary in Little Rock. He wa a antive of Poplar Grove and an employee of Bonner Farmers at Turner. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Barbara S. Wesley of Marvell; two sons, Lee Wesley of Marvell and Rober Wesley of Detroit; five sisters, Erma Wesley and Mrs. Brenda Robinson, both of Marvell; Annie Wesley and Helen Wesley, both of Detroit, and Mrs. Rosanna Davidson of Brinkley; and a brother, Johnny Wesley of Pine City, Arkansas.
