All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ar/poinsett/poinsett.htm *********************************************************** Johnnie Lee Burrow Wednesday, January 15, 2003 Mr. Johnnie Lee Burrow, of Jonesboro, died Jan. 8, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro of natural causes. He was 48 years old. Mr. Burrow was born in Trumann and had lived in Jonesboro for the past eight years and was formerly of Harrisburg. He was a truck driver, veteran of the U.S. Army and of the Church of God of Prophecy faith. He was preceded in death by his father, William Harold Burrow in 1976 and one brother, James Harold Burrow. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Johnita Kaye Lawson of Kempner, Tx.; one son, William Jefferson Burrow of Jonesboro; his mother, Mrs. Patsy Jean Burrow of Harrisburg; one sister, Mrs. Geraldine Bailey of Harrisburg; two brothers, Jerry Wayne Burrow of Chocowinity, N.C. and Jimmy Howard Burrow of Harrisburg; and two grandchildren, Kayleigh Lawson and Savannah Lawson of Kempner, Tx. Funeral services were held Sunday morning in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. Gerald Vickers officiating. The burial followed at Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery in Harrisburg. Active pallbearers were Jody Burrow, Keith Gosney, Stephen Gosney, Gary Williams, Andy Foreman and Eric Chamberlain. Honorary pallbearers were Jerry Wayne Burrow Jr., Dan Reed, Gerald Foreman, John Bailey, Arlon Ingram and Butch Long.
