Hogue Funeral Services for Forrest Jefferson Hogue, 70, of Harrisburg, a retired farmer who died on Thursday night the 1st of November, at St. Bernard’s Hospital. Forrest was born in Weiner, Poinsett County, Arkansas to Earning Oliver “E.O.” Hogue and Beedie M Rouston. Services were at 2pm Friday June 2nd at Jackson’s Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg. Reverend Dwight Cunningham of Harrisburg officiating. Interment followed at Farm Hill Cemetery. He was a member of The Assembly of God Church of Harrisburg. Surviving were his wife, Juanita Allred Hogue of Harrisburg; five sons, William J Hogue of Searcy, Lloyd Hogue of Jonesboro, Joe Hogue of Bethany, Oklahoma, Lois Ray Hogue of Pine Bluff and Carlos Edward Hogue of Wynne; two daughters, Mrs Mildred Hogue Brown of Harrisonville, Missouri and Miss Lois Kay Hogue Yarborough of Harrisburg; two brothers, Oliver Hogue of Waterford, California and Elmer Hogue of Bethany, Oklahoma; five sisters, Mrs Eva Stafford of Mena, Mrs Mable Doughitt of Black Rock, Mrs Blanch Ellerman of Carthage, Missouri, Mrs Jewel Gilliam of Black Rock and Mrs Hattie Walker of Trumann; 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Floyd Hogue. Jackson’s Funeral Home in Harrisburg was in charge.
