Reid, passed away Saturday at 2:30 p.m. She had been in poor health for some time. She was 78 years old and a member of the Baptist church. Eleven children were born and two sons and four daughters survive, John Reid of Hatfield, Versie Reid of Direct, Texas, Mrs. Mary Smith and Mrs. Lillie Keith of Watson, Oklahoma, Mrs. Wallace Shields of Wright City, Oklahoma and Mrs. Lula Underwood of Hatfield. Funeral services took place at Witherspoon Cemetery near Vandervoort with Rev. S.S. Wise of Hatfield in charge.
