STATE OF ARKANSAS, COUNTY OF POLK

To any Person Authorized by Law to Solemnize Marriage, Greeting:
You are hereby commanded to solemnize the rite and publish the bans of
Matrimony between Mr. D.W.  Jakson [sic] of Quito in the County of Polk
and the State of Arkansas aged 39 years and Miss Ellen Bates of  Board
Camp in the County of Polk and the State of Arkansas aged 24 years
according to the law and do you officially sign and return this License
to the parties herein named.
