Turn right on Shepherd Drive. Go .2 mile to 1st drive on left. Cemetery sign is located by this drive. Cemetery is in pine grove on the left of drive on the hill. Very grown up 10 Apr 1996. Approximatley 59 unmarked graves we could count. There could be many mor. The sign at the gate to this cemetery is Chappell Cemetery. In the original cemetery books done by the Pope County Historical Assic. it was listed as Howell Cemetery (Chappell).
