To any person authorized by law to solemnize Marriage--Greeting: 

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to celebrate the Rite and publish the BANS OF 
MATRIMONY, between Mr. R.W. Condly of Dover in the County of Pope and State 
of Arkansas, aged 63 years, and Mrs. Tempy Freeman, of Freeman in the County 
of Pope and State of Arkansas aged 50 years, according to law, and do you 
officially sign and return this License to the parties herein named. 

WITNESS my hand and official seal, this  23rd day of April,  A.D., 1887.

the Bans of Matrimony between the parties named.
