YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to celebrate the Rite and publish the BANS OF
MATRIMONY, between Mr. A.B. HOLLOWAY of Dover in the County of Pope and
State of Arkansas, aged 22 years, and Miss  Lizzie CONDLY of Dover in
the County of Pope and State of Arkansas aged 15 years, according to
law, and do you officially sign and return this License to the parties
herein named.
