Eva Dee Butler

Eva Dee Butler, 88, of Malvern died Friday, Sept. 29, 2006, in a Hot Springs
hospital.

Born July 13, 1918, in Bonnerdale, she was a daughter of John Henry Battreal and
Flora Elizabeth Shockey Battreal.

She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church of Malvern and a graduate
of Magnet Cove High School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred O. Butler; her parents; and three
brothers, Lyn Doughty, Lloyd Battreal and Louie Battreal.

Survivors include one son, Freddy D. Butler of Malvern; two daughters, Linda
Lake of Malvern and Sue Mills of Malvern; six grandchildren, Mike Lake and wife
Lisa, Stephen Lake and wife Amanda, Rodney Mills and wife Karen, Brian Mills,
Dede Haynes and husband Randy, and Brandi Martin and husband Drew; and six
great-grandchildren, Hunter Lake, Trent Lake, Emily Mills, Joseph Mills, Carson
Haynes and Jackson Haynes.

Funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Atkinson Funeral Home with
the Rev. Carroll Graybeal officiating. Burial will be in Fairplay Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
