Iris J. Dorsey, 77, of Bauxite died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2006, in Little Rock.

She was born Aug. 1, 1929, in Little Rock to William and Lillie Greer.

Mrs. Dorsey was retired from United Cerebral Palsy in Little Rock. She was a
member of more than 50 years of the Order of Eastern Star, a charter member of
Bryant Civitan Club and a member of Sardis United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two sons, Wayne C. Dorsey and wife Toni of Bryant and Paul
Dorsey of Avilla; and five grandchildren, Eric and Cody Dorsey of Pearcy, Nick
and Kristen Dorsey of Bryant and Tiffany Knox of Little Rock.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sardis United Methodist Church,
with the Rev. Jeff Jones officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ashby Funeral Home in Benton.

Memorials may be made to the Sardis United Methodist Church building fund.
