Pat Dupree, 89, of Atlanta, Texas,, died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2006.

She was born March 20, 1917 in LaPorte, Texas.

Mrs. Dupree was a member of the First Baptist Church in Atlanta, Texas, where
she was a member of the Faith Sunday School Class. She also owned and operated
Pat DuPre' Fabrics in Atlanta.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Wayne Dupree.

Survivors include her son, Wayne Dupree and his wife Sonja of Kilgore, Texas;
three daughters, Joan Reece and husband Bud and Eva Shelby and husband Earl, all
of Atlanta, Texas, and Linda Jaggers and husband Joe of Benton; eight
grandchildren, Judith Ott and husband John of Kilgore, Texas, Andra Wisdom of
Atlanta, Texas, Keith Reece and wife Melanie of Texarkana, Texas, Jennifer
Gossmon and husband Paul of Longview, Texas, Kim Collins and husband Steve of
Atlanta, Texas, Eric Shelby and wife Julie of Bryant, Doug Jaggers and wife
Stephanie of Bauxite and Jill Bryson and husband Daniel of Texarkana, Texas; and
seven great-grandchildren, Shelby Collins and Brooke Wisdom, both of Atlanta,
Texas, Nathan Shelby of Bryant, Nick Collins of Atlanta, Texas, Hannah Shelby of
Bryant, Cameron Ott of Kilgore, Texas, and Kelsey Jaggers of Bauxite.

Funeral service was at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at First Baptist Church in
Atlanta, Texas, with the Revs. Joe Srygley and Chris Cowan officiating. Burial
was in Pinecrest Cemetery in Atlanta. Arrangements are under the direction of
Hanner Funeral Home in Atlanta.

Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 14, at the funeral home in
Atlanta, Texas.
