RICHMOND- Terry Lee Fish, 50, of Winesap Dr., Richmond, died Fri evening, August
11, 2006, at the Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center. Mr. Fish was born in
Hamilton, OH on June 22, 1956, the son of the late Earnest R. Fish and Betty
Isaacs Fish. He was a self employed Master Carpenter and also worked for Roger
Lashbrook. He loved fishing, furniture building, and hot rods. He is survived by
his wife: Deborah Ramsey Fish; one daughter: Angela Fish of Oklahoma; four step-
daughters: Natasha Alsuud and Melissa Haddix of Richmond, Misty Wright of
Benton, AR, and Tabitha Fish of Tulsa, OK; three step-sons: Shirley Haddix and
Shane Haddix of Richmond and David Blake of Benton, AR; one brother: Robert E.
Groves (Irma J.) of Pikeville; one sister: Anita Gabbard (Jeff) of Terrehaute,
IN and his father-in-law Shirley Ramsey. He is also survived by several
grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mr. Fish is preceded in death by his
brother, Larry Steven Fish. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tue,
Aug. 15, 2006 at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Bro. Mickey Hardy
officiating. Burial will follow in the Madison Memorial Gardens. Visitation will
be from 3-9 p.m., Mon and after 8 a.m., Tue at Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral
Home. Pallbearers will be Shirley Haddix, Thomas Hollan, Bob Groves, Larry Long,
Wayne Bruin, and Marvin Sizemore.
