He was born Aug. 18, 1936, in Benton to William and Pauline Wallace Glenn. Mr. Glenn was a retired logger. He was preceded in death by one brother, two sisters; his parents; and one great-granddaughter. Survivors include one son, Michael Glenn and wife Shelly of Malvern; two daughters, Charlotte Scott of Springfield, Mo., and Betty Glenn of Benton; five brothers, Curtis Glenn of Malvern, Dennis Glenn of Benton, William Gann Glenn of Malvern, James Glenn of Cabot and Eddie Glenn of Tull; four sisters, Lorene Kouma of California, Lena Holdridge of Fort Worth, Texas, Arkie Evans of Poyen and Rose Ammons of Bauxite; seven grandchildren, Tanner and Austin Glenn, Sherry Cox, Christopher Davis, Valarie Davis, David Fenton and Patrick Fenton, and three great-grandchildren, Seth Cox, Cooper Davis and Brandon Davis; and special friend, Janie Sides. Service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Ashby Funeral Home. Burial will be in Kentucky Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sam Wright, Johnny Sarlo, Gary Harris, J. D. Harris, Dante Saconani, Tim Marshall, Skip Radican and Calvin Ritchey. Honorary pallbearers will be Wendell Smith, Stanley Green and several other close friends. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family will be at 615 Dalewood St. in Benton. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice Foundation.
