Lillie Dell Lawhon, 85, of Little Rock died Wednesday, July 19, 2006.

She was born July 16, 1921, in Little Rock to John Buell Lawhon and Annie Jewel
Wells Lawhon.

Mrs. Lawhon worked as the head x-ray technician at Missouri Pacific Hospital in
Little Rock.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Herman Lawhon, Vernon Lawhon, Bennie
Lawhon and Bobby Lawhon; and one sister, Ruby Cole.

Survivors include two sisters, Alleene Speir and Irene Moody, both of Benton;
and a host of family members and friends.

Church service by Ashby Funeral Home will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Landmark
Baptist Church in Little Rock, with the Rev. Melvin Burris officiating. Burial
will be in Landmark Cemetery.

Family comments: She was loved and adored by her many family members, and will
be greatly missed.
