Barbara Ann McKay, 49, of Alexander died Saturday Sept. 2, 2006, at her home.

She was born in 1957 in San Bernardino, Calif., and had lived in Arkansas for
the past eight years and worked as a registered nurse.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Verlon P. McKay.

Survivors include one daughter, Andrea Reaves of Alexander; one son, Jeffery
Reaves of Alexander; his mother and stepfather, Bert and Ron Rogers of Hot
Springs Village; two brothers, Robert and Brian Merritt, both of Hot Springs;
one sister, Patricia Elam of Benton; and an uncle and aunt, Billy and Dee Graves
of Benton.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Ashby Funeral Home.

Graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Forest Hills Cemetery.

Family comments: Barbara will be deeply missed by a host of family and friends.
