William H. Poe

William H. Poe of Cabot died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006. He was an avid fisherman
and hunter and belonged to the Bear House Hunting Club.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Mable Flemister, Irene Altwegg, and
Edna Stringfellow, and brother John Poe.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Poe of Cabot; daughters Rita Oliver and
husband Stan, and Karen Cruz and husband Barry, all of Jacksonville, and Pam
McAllister and husband Larry of Benton; son Bill Poe and wife Lesa of Cabot;
sisters Mary Gibson of Little Rock, and Flora Whitlock of North Little Rock; and
seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 19, at North Little Rock Funeral Home
Chapel. Burial was in the Arkansas Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements were by the North Little Rock Funeral Home.
