Hazel Thompson, 73, of Alexander died Tuesday, July 4, 2006.

She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Rodney; her parents, Hal and Edna
Rodney; and one sister, Rosemary Saylors.

Survivors include two daughters, Charline Wyllia and husband Doug and Edna
Brooks and husband Steve; one son, Roger Thompson and wife Linda; 11
grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; six siblings, Ruth Riggs and husband
Laron, Jim Rodney and wife Georgia, Charles Rodney and wife Shirley, Harold
Rodney and wife Billie, Richard Rodney and wife Sandra and David Rodney and wife
Mary; and a host of other family members.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Benton Pentecostal Church of God,
with the Revs. Vaughn Childress and Richard Hogans officiating. Burial will be
in Butler Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Huson Funeral Home
of Little Rock.
