Gene Eddie Turley Jr., 49, of Bigelow died Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2006.

He was born Dec. 19, 1956, in Little Rock.

Mr. Turley was an avid fisherman and deer hunter.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Sutton Turley; two sons, Chance and
Aaron Turley; one daughter, Regina Nicole Turley; his parents, Gene
Turley Sr. of Benton and Mildred Ballard; three brothers, Carl W. Turley,
Darryl Turley and Roy L. Ballard Jr.; three sisters, Barbara J.
Negrete, Tonya R. Tourtillotte and Theresa Messmer; one grandson, Alex Clayton
Turley; three stepchildren; four stepbrothers; five stepgrandchildren;
and his paternal grandmother, Ila Stanley.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today at Little Rock Funeral Home,
8801 Knoedl Court in Little Rock, with the Rev. Bill Keesling
officiating.

Burial with military honors will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Arkansas State
Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
