Letha Wright, 80, of Benton died Monday, July 31, 2006.

She was born Nov. 2, 1925, in Lonsdale to Will Hunnicutt and Omie Dodson
Hunnicutt.

Mrs. Wright was a housewife and member of the Crossroads Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl "Doc" Wright; five
brothers, Cody, Odie, Walter, Eddie, Andy and Freddie; and two sisters, Pearl
and Nancy.

Survivors include one son, Samuel Wright and wife Mary Carol of Benton; two
brothers, Lonnie Hunnicutt and Johnnie Hunnicutt, both of Benton; two sisters,
Arkie Wright and Inez Smith, both of Benton; two grandsons, Paul William Wright
and wife Charsa and Joseph Carl Wright; and two great- grandchildren.

Chapel service by Ashby Funeral Home will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday with Jason
Tallent officiating. Burial will be in Ten Mile Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Danny Penn, Johnnie Smith, Pat McNeil, Rickie Brady, Gary Don
Penn and Gary Hunnicutt.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Family comments: The family would like to thank the caregivers, Rita, Nitajean,
Melody, Jerri, Nancy and a special thanks to Maybelle Vittatoe for the many
years that she was with us.
