Witnesseth: That whare as the said Isaac Harrison hath agreed to pay to the said Mary Harrison her heirs and assigns one childs part to wit the eleventh part of said Estate of the apprasement the aprasement share of and all so in addition one black horse two cowes and calvs one fether bed two staw beds and two bed steds and all the bed clothing on hand one trunk one wheal and cards one loam and all the spun thread on hand one set of chears and all the dealph ware and stone ware on hand and all the cooking untencials belonging to the estate and all so all of her and her childs wareing apperile and one table and her side saddele and bridle and one years provision of what is on hand for hear and her one ---? and corn and fodder for hear horse one year ande for the consideration afore said the said Mary Harrison hath agreede to surrender and release all and every specises of property & menes inge belonging to her late husband Decasd whare of are whare dureing the coverture was ceyes of eney (cases of any) estate of inheritance now in consideration of the primises aforesaid and for the father consideration of one dollare in hand paid by the said Isaace Harrison to the said Mary Harrision Whare of she the said Mary Harrison herby aknowledges she the said Mary Harrison hath granted surrendered and yealed up and by these presents doth relinguish and quite claim and surrender to the said Isaac Harrison as adm. his heirs and assigns for ever all her righ title intrust and claim to dower in the estate of said Abner Harrison deceased which the said Mary Harrison hath are can or may claim of in or to or out of said estate and this indenture further witnesseth that for the consideration hath remised released and for ever quit claim and by this presents doth convey and surrender unto the said Isaac Harrison as administrator his heirs and assigns all Dower and right of Dower which she the said Mary Harrison hath or may claim in the estate of said Abner Harrison deceased or should or might have had or claimed either at law or in equity on account thereof.
