IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SAID COUNTY. H. C. Harrison hereby applying for Letters of Administration on the Estate of Wm. Harrison late of said County, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that the said Wm Harrison departed this life in said County and State on or about the 31st day of March A. D. 1902. That the said Wm. Harrison died without making any will. That, to the best of his knowledge and belief, the value of the Estate of the Deceased is about the sum of Four Hundred $400.00 Dollars. That the names and residence of the Heirs of Deceased are as follows, viz.:H. C. Harrison, Baucum, Ark.; George Harrison, Woodson, Ark.; Sam Harrison, Baucum, Ark.; Bettie Kinney, Benton, Ark.; Yerbra Kinney, Benton, Ark.;Mrs. Belle Burgess, Whittington, Ark.; Mrs. Lou Eldridge, Berchwood, Tenn. AND FURTHER deposes and says, that he will make perfect inventory of and faithfully administer, all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, of the Deceased, and pay his debts, as far as the Assets which may come to his hands will extend, and the law direct; and that he will account for , and pay over according to law, all Assets which shall come his hands or possession, so help him God.
