 Willene Mae  Shank, 71, of Waldron, died Thursday, June 18, 1998 in
Fort Smith.  She was a waitress and a Baptist.
 Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, in Martin
Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Parks Cemetery in Nola.
 Survivors include two daughters:  Joyce Barnett, of Fort Smith and
Sharon Hickman, of Alamogordo, New Mexico; one son, Don Shank, of
Waldron; one sister, Jenice Morehead, of Waldron; three grandchildren
and two great-grandchildren.
 Pallbearers were Eldred Tinder, J. D. Graham, Gene Barnett, J. D.
Barnett, Tillis Buckeleu and Ray Shank.
 Martin Funeral Home  was in charge of arrangements.
