She was born about 1890. She worked hard and built up a good estate. She owned two gasoline service stations and they were known in later years as Person Stations. She married Rueben Edward Person on November 23, 1918 in Little Rock. They only lived together a short time and she never remarried. She was a Methodist. She died on March 24, 1963 at the age of 73. Interment was in the Roselawn Park in Little Rock. Survivors were a sister, Mrs. Nancy Trubey, and a brother, John Richards, both of Little Rock. This writer recalls her as being a nice looking lady with dark red hair. She wore neat clothes and had a very pleasant appearance.
