IL12  NINA ELAINE BULLARD a native of Liberty Hall, Yell County, Arkansas. She 
was born December 9, 1918 the daughter of  Britt and   Mae Webb Bullard. She 
attended grade school and high school in Carden Bottom. She had two brothers,  Jerald 
and  Jay, and three sisters,   Edith  B. Kee,   Oneida B. Robinson and  Francis Bullard. 
She was married September 25, 1937 to  Raymond Person.  Carol Jean Person was born 
October 26, 1938 in Merced, California.
     
In 1968, Nina lives in Chicago and is married a second time. Her husband is   Joe 
Stancikas.
