 D11  DlANE LYNN RAGSDALE was born January 11, 1945 in the Morrilton Hospital, 
Conway County, Arkansas. She is the daughter of  Hollis and   Orra Person Ragsdale. 
She was reared on a farm near Elberta.
     
She attended the Dardanelle schools and finished high school there on May 27, 1963. 
From childhood she had an allergy which caused severe asthma. She was treated at an 
Oklahoma City clinic Balyeat.
     
She married  Eugene Weatherall, Jr. on March 9, 1963 in Poteau, Oklahoma. in 
September of that year she studied in a special course for business at Arkansas 
Polytechnic College.
     
 Cindy Diane Weatherall, a daughter, was born on December 15, 1963 in a Russellville 
hospital in Pope County.
     
 Diane was employed at the Dardanelle Clinic in 1964 and worked there until 1967. In 
August, 1967, she moved to Wichita Falls. Texas where her husband secured 
employment for J. C. Penney Co. They live there at the present time in 1968.
